Make it Monday # 30
Hey you,
Well I had a request for a tutorial to make a Pyramid card (hey Leanne!) which I showed you back in December. I was shown how to make these at the Stamp Camp I went to for the Stamparoos team by the very talented Susan Joyce. I am not 100% sure if they are Sue’s creation or if she got them from somewhere else, I will have to clarify that, but they are fun and cute all the same.
So here is the Make it Monday for you!
Pyramid Card
Materials Required:
Step 1:
Cut 3 pieces of cardstock (two the same colour and one different) the measure 4 inches by 4 inches.
Step 2:
Score the 3 pieces right down one centre from one point to the bottom point
Step 3:
Take the two pieces that are the same colour, and place them with the two scored points meeting each other at the top, so that they make a point.
Step 4:
Take the other coloured cardstock and line it up with the scored line perfectly meeting the top point.
Step 5:
Then take that bottom left hand piece and lay it on top of the other coloured square.
Step 6:
Fold the cardstock at each of the scored lines. It will all fit into one another and make it a pyramid.
Step 7:
Tape the sides down, and it will stand up like so.
Step 8:
Take a 3 ¾ inch square piece of DSP and cut it completely in half so you have two pieces like this:
Step 9:
Adhere one of the triangles onto the front of your pyramid
Step 10:
Decorate the front.

Here I have used Tangerine tango, Pacific blue, and the Good morning Sunshine DSP, along with the Whale wishes stamp set.
I can’t believe that this is number 30!!! Where has all that time gone
I hope you have enjoyed viewing these each and every week!
Have a goodie….
