Make it Monday #15 - Post-it Note Holders
Well here is it Monday again, and here is your Make in Monday for another week. I hope you like this one, and I think you will be amazed at how super dooper easy these are! ENJOY!
Materials Required:
Paper trimmer, Bone scorer, Ribbon, Post-it Note block, Tape, Pencil, Stamps, Stamp pads, DS paper, Cardstock, Scissors
Step 1:
Cut your A4 sheet of cardstock, so that it measures, 10cm’s x 18cm’s
Step 2:
Now score your cardstock from either end (on the short side) 8cm’s in. Do this from either end, and you will end up with a 2 cm spine right in the middle
Step 3:
Fold your cardstock up at the scored lines both in the same direction
Step 4:
Cut three pieces of cardstock each measuring 9.5cm’s x 7.5cm’s
Step 5:
Cut three squares of DS paper slightly smaller than the cardstock, so that you have a border. It is best to have then different patterns for each.
Step 6:
Add one square to the front of the holder
Step 7:
Tape your two pieces of ribbon down onto the inside of your holder at either end
Step 8:
Place your other two squares over the tape on the inside two sides of your holder
Step 9:
Place your Post-it Note block onto one side of the inside of your holder
Step 10:
Take a short pencil (this one is an original pencil cut in half) and a small strip of cardstock.
Wrap that little strip of cardstock around the pencil. This is making a little holder for the pencil to slip into and stay in place
Step 11:
Add the little pencil holder into the base next to the Post-it Note block
Step 12:
Tie the lid closed with the Ribbon
Step 13:
Decorate the top with stamped images
Other Samples:
If you would like any details of the “other samples” ones, please don’t hesitate to email me!
Right, well it is getting rather late in the night, and I have to be up at 5:30am for the gym, so better rush off!
