All That Scraps….cards 5 & 6!

Published by Makeesha under Cards, Guest Designer

Hello again,

Well it is Wednesday already, another week zooming by!

On each monday my Guest Designer post goes up over on the All that Scraps website, along with some questions that I had to answer, “like what would you take if you were on a deserted island etc…”

This week i created two cards again, and they are rather cute if I say so myself.

This first one is a CC designs stamp of a gorgeous turtle…

isn’t he adorable? I love that helmet he is wearing!

Then the following creation is another Sugar stamp which is realeased this month….

I am having fun with this gig, and don’t want it to end!

Have a great rest of the week peoples, and remember that the challenge ends tomorrow night!

CIAO!

All that Scraps …..cards 3 & 4

Published by Makeesha under Cards, Guest Designer

Hey there peeps,

How has your Monday been? My kids had a student free day today, so they have enjoyed being at home….that is until I mentioned we needed to clean out their wardrobes hehehe. It is always good to have that job done, and in the end it wasn’t such a big deal.

I have been meaning to pop in and post these two creations all last week, but with my BFF here, and us of enjoying all Cairns has to offer, I didn’t get the time. So without further delay here are two more creations I made as Guest Designer for All that Scraps for October…

First up i have a card using a brand new released stamp from Sweet November. I actually had to dig out the Christmas papers and it gave me a little fright to think that this is just around the corner!

What a cute little guy…

This next creation is using the same papers and another stamp from the same company….

A sweet little girl…

Both these cards have greetings from Amy R stamps which are also released this month. I have some more to share, but will save them for another day this week!

I hope you all have a blessed week!

Inkspirations Colour Challenge #44…..

Hello again!

Well it is that time of week again and I hope you are all excited to play along with another challenge! This week we have a Colour Challenge which includes a couple of new colours, so should be rather inspiring!

Here are your colours to play with:

Here is my colour inspired sample for you…

Digging out one of my new SU stamps, this is actually a jumbo roller that I removed from the roller and cut the onesie’s out of the rubber, and attached to Easy-mount so I can use my acrylic block to stamp them with….

Next up we have our fabulous Guest Designer Lee-Anne Barry with her amazing creation this week! - Thank you Lee-Anne!

Just Beautiful Lee-Anne!

And last but not least, we have a ‘IN-HOUSE Guest Designer this week as well. Yes the gorgeous Lee Pelosi, my bff and I had fun putting our challenge cards together squished into my craft room was so much fun….

Isn’t her creation just gorgeous! Sadly I have to take her to the airport shortly so she can return to her family. We have had such a lovely time together, and it this morning had a lovely brekkie at Palm Cove….I managed to snag this lovely photo of her…

Now that is what you  call a BIG breakfast!

Here are the inspiration from the Design team…. as you can see there are only a few of us at the moment….. I recieved so many applications for the DT, that it has taken me quite a bit of time to go through them all. I am narrowing it down slowly. SO if you haven’t heard back from me yet, don’t panic just yet, because no one has been contacted just yet…. a perfect job for tomorrow. You will all know shortly!

Okay so be sure to pop past the DT girls blogs and see what they have made, no doubt it will be inspirational!

Inkspirations Sketch Challenge #43….

Hello again!

I am a helper for their school end of year production, and get this they have me sewing, on a sewing machine none the less! I haven’t done this since high school, (i was an avid sewer back then) but now having to make costumes is a little daunting to say the least!

So here is this weeks Sketch challenge for you. Nothing too difficult with this one, so dive on in people and play along!

Here is my sample for you:

This weeks fabulous Guest Designer is Rachel Jackson and here is her gorgeous creation:

Love those stacked coffee cups!

Okay so be sure to pop past the DT girls blogs and see what they have made, no doubt it will be inspirational!
