Thanks for the lovely comments on my wee lil Josiah! He sure is adorable to us, but to hear you say it too, is just lovely!

After we had his newborn photos taken, the lovely Bec popped back around to take some photos of him with the kids as well. Oh to see them all adore him, is just so cute, as you will see in the following photo…

I look forward to getting this one enlarged and hanging on the wall! Such special memories….

Thanks for allowing me to share my little family with you. These children, whilst lots of work are a real blessing to me, and I thank God for blessing me so richly with them (an hubby to, of course!) Now let’s hope we are given the continued strength to raise them to be caring, and loving individuals who want to serve the Lord.

Happy new week to you! I actually have a few creations to share with you, but i am yet to photograph them, edit, and then blog them yet….I promise it will be soon though.

For now though I have that very gorgeous ‘creation’ of mine in the form of soft, and cuddly to share with you today. Photography sure is becoming a passion for many, and when i had my first child it was the good old point, shoot only one shot and hope for the best, not to mention it would cost over $25 just to get a roll of film published. I recall that dreaded wait for at least one day to see how those photos ‘turned out! Now with digital media it is instant AND You can edit them yourself. Well i don’t profess to being a good photographer…not yet anyway, so that is why we had some newborn photos taken of our newest little guy.

I had been eyeing of the amazing work of Bec Thomas Photography for over a year here in Cairns…oh la la does Bec create some magic behind the lens! Anyway i had Bec come when Josiah was exactly a week old and take some photos of him whilst he was still brand new. They turned out amazing and are will be a wonderful reminder of how small in gorgeous he was as a little baby. There were lots to choose from, so I have just picked 7 that I loved the most….

We feel so blessed to have this sweet little man in our life and Praise God that He has made all things well! Bec came back and took some photos with Josiah and his siblings, so as soon as I have those, i will share them with you too!

Hello my dearest peeps,

Today it is a very joyful post from me as i share the news of our newest addition to the Byl family.

After two very long and tiring days, we finally got to greet our brand new baby….

BOY!

He is pure sweetness, and such a blessing from the Lord! We have named our little man,

JOSIAH BRYN BYL ….

He weighed in at at a big 8pd, 15oz…52cm long, and arrived at 11pm on Tuesday 31st May 2011, all healthy and well..Praise God.

Here are just a couple of very early snapshot of him for you….and I am sure there will be plenty more to share in time to come!

and a wee one of me, just so you know that i did survive the whole ordeal..*wink*

We are being well cared for here at the hospital in Cairns and I am trying to lap up every single cuddle, before I have to share him with all the other kids. I feel truly blessed to have this new little guy in our life!

Hey there peeps!

How are you all going? Life is good here in the Byl household…life just seems to zoom on by at lightning speed….less that 4 weeks until bubby arrives (give or take of course) I can hardly believe it! All is well so I have much to be thankful for. Thankfully I am hanging in there okay and am not completely over it just yet, but I am sure that will happen before I know it! I have promised you bump photos for like forever… Rod took a few a while back but they definitely were not blog worthy! Thankfully my bestie captured a couple recently and here at last is one for you to see….

I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend! We have been blessed with a brand new niece this past Friday. Rod’s brother Matthew and his wife Claire were blessed with a teeny tiny daughter whom they named “Teleah Jasmyn” a brand new sister for their two older girls Shakira and Aliesha. Of course we couldn’t wait to get into the hospital to have a cuddle of this wee little bundle….5pd 2oz!

Love all that PINK! I used my PTI outline alphabet stamp set to do up her name and personalise the card… The butterfly is from my Baby button bits stamp set from PTI. I added the glitter, stitching and buttons for embellishments…

It is always such a blessing to have a beautiful addition to our family and I am sure Teleah will be showered with loads of love from all her cousins! Hard to believe that this will be us in 7 or so weeks!
