FAQ’s

1. Q. What if I have one of the items already? - A. You are welcome to subsitute the package colour to another stamp pad color, or item to the same value

2. Q. Can I change items in the package? - A. You are unable to swap the Stamp set, or designer paper, but you are welcome to change the stamp pads, and or cardstock, as long as your total package totals  is the same as the package value price (ie $121.00)

3. Q. How long will it take to recieve my package? - A. You will recieve your complete package and Instructions sheets within 10 days of ordering your package.

4. Q. Do you offer discount for more than packages purchased? - A. If you purchase more items on top of the package, I will arrange a discount for you.

5. Q. What happens if I want some of the Upgraded items? - A. When you place your order with me, just notify me of the items you want added to your order at the time, and it will be added to your order, and totals.

6. Q. Can I order other items from the current Idea book and Catalog, or Mini catalogs? - A. Yes, you are welcome to add any items to your package.

7. Q. Can I share the instruction sheets with others? - A. The instruction sheets are copywrite so you cannot share them on any public forum, claim them to be your own, or upload them to you website, or blog. You may however share them with family or friends, that will use them with good intentions.

8. Q. When new packages are released each month, does that mean that the old packages are no longer available? - A. No you will still be able to purchase the previous packages, until they are no longer available through Stampin’Up!

9. Q. Can I just purchase the Instruction Sheets from you? - A. Yes you can purchase them for a cost of $15 for the 5 Instruction sheets.
