Inkspirations Sketch Challenge # 39….

Hey there peoples,

You are probably wondering what happened to me…right? Well I have been here, but I have been searching high and low for my camera cable to transfer my photos to my computer. Do you think I could find it? of course not, that would be too easy!

So I have a beautiful sample to show you, but can’t get to it….. bummer. Anyway I hope to head out tomorrow to buy a new cable, but thought I better get the newest challenge up so you can do your links etc….

Here is my creation at last! For my birthday i received a gorgeous card from the lovely Ann Gerlach and it had this adorable punch art Hippo on there. Now I am not usually into punch art, but this hippo was adorable, and I wanted to see if s

he was easy to make Oh yes she is!

Cute huh? Thanks to Ann for the inspiration, because I certainly need it at the moment! If one of you find my MOJO out there, please tell it to high tail it home again because I seriously miss it! Hopefully I get to stamp again soon, that is after the tax is lodged, my uni application done, dentist x-rays, rellies over visiting for dinner, parent teacher interviews….. you get the picture! aarrgghh…..one day soon I hope

Hey Keesh - bummer about losing the darn camera cable gizmo, but can you not put the card from the camera into the card reader slot on Maisy Mac? Or do they not have one of those - I have no idea about Macs! lol

Karen, my Mac doesn’t have a card slot (it’s only failing) but I did buy a plug in card reader that works a treat. Surely the next Macs will come with card readers (are you listening Mr Jobs).

Hi Keesh, how cute is that Hippo?? I love Ann’s punch work she is one clever lady and I’m one very lucky lady to have her not only on my team but as a dear friend. Sorry to hear of your camera problems, you don’t have much luck with those things do you ? Good luck with locating your mojo, my guess is, it’s taking a well earned vacation, but it sems to have taken mine with it for company! Take care, lots of inky ones from Char xx

I’m just sorry the card was so late - it is a very cute Hippo - I’m just sad that light gray card stock has retired boo hoo. Good luck with your uni application - sounds like a very exciting (albeit busy) time for you!

I hope you didn’t leave your Mojo behind in Toronto! That hippo is super duper cute! I particularly like the party hat - what a clever use of our penannt stamp!
