Well ... Keesh! I think I am ready to take the plunge. Sandra A shared this link with me ... cos I was asking on my blog what people think! You have answered EVERY question I had about Copics! (What a star!) But ... just one more ... if I decided to buy ... say 50 colours ... which would be the first ones that you would choose??? Hugs xxx

Thanks for the info about markers. Do you still order from iCopic?? I had a look on their website and apparently they don't ship Copic products outside the US anymore. Is there anywhere else you can get them for cheaper?

Hi There
Thanks for the great information. I am just starting out with copics and was wondering what colours to buy, what would be your top 100 colour choices?
Thanks for your time

Hi Makeesha,

I have a couple of questions about Copic Markers that I was hoping you could answer??

So, after reading your info (which was amazing THANKYOU!!!), I'm thinking that I just MUST have me some Copic Markers :) .... but I have to start slow. So..... where to start....

1/ if you were to start with about $200, what colours would you pick and shades? (Go with your personal choice for the work you do... eg colouring images of people). I know that wouldn't get me very far.. but hey, you gotta start somewhere. Now I know a lot of it is personal choice, but some colours I expect would be sort of must haves?

2/ Can you suggest some stamp companies that have nice stamps images to colour? Are there any that are more adult people? Where's the best place to start?

Thankyou in advance. I know answering all these questions is time consuming and takes you away from stamping. :(

And yes!! I think you should start to sell them..... you'd do a great trade.

xxx Carolyn

Hi Makeesha. I'm can get pretty compulsive obsessive when it comes to research and I must say that your blog on Copic's was the best comprehensive and most of all - practicle information I've come across. Thank you for the time you spent on this and of course most of all - for sharing it.

Hi Makeesha, great article! I'm trying to decide whether to get copics or SU markers, and I like the idea of copics being streak free, but do you also know whether can you also colour directly onto the stamp with a copic before stamping like you can with an SU marker?

Thank you Keesh for lots of wonderful information. I found the paper choices of particular interest as I've only just started with a few copics but was unsure of what was best.
Hope you are feeling better now!!! Hugz Chelle x
