When I was 20 years old I spent a year living in Australia. A large portion of that was spent on the Gold Coast. I remember that it took me a long time to get used to the fact that in the morning I watched the sun RISE over the ocean, instead of watching it set ever night over the ocean. I hope that you are settling in nicely to your new home. We are currently in the middle of the Olympics and it's a bit crazy around here, but oh, so very, exciting. I always enjoy reading your blog.
