The kids look sho happy and bright...and one day at a time philosophy....give it a month or 2...and it'll be...what new school.
I can't imagine moving a family of 6 across the country. But what an adventure. Having been all over Australia myself (on the Greyhound - in my younger, backpacker days) I understand the difference in sounds, smells, animals etc. It's funny what you get used to at home and you don't even realize it. I hope the kids like their new school and make lots of new friends. As I sit here in Vancouver, getting ready for the Winter Olympics in 2 weeks, and all the excitment and chaos that it brings, my thoughts were drawn down south to your end of the world. It's foreign to us to think of school starting in February. Next week is the halfway mark of our school year up here. I hope you get that dream home, and more importantly that dream stampin' studio. Good luck

Hi, Keesh, Good luck with house hunting - it can be very frustrating, but the right one will be yours eventually. Love the sound of the rainforest so close, Jo

Hey there Keeshie!

Lovely to hear from ya!! So glad the kids had a good first day. I'm sure little mali will be ok once he makes some friends!!

What a bummer about the first house - actually its more than a bummer - that was just downright rude of them to give it to someone else!! Geese!!!

Will hopefully text ya today - have a huge morning of mowing before we get this big deluge of rain that we're suppose to get over the weekend!! AAAGGHH!!

Oh wow - the first thing I noticed - apart from those gorgeous faces of course :) was that lush green background. We used to live in Charters Towers, and you forget just how green it is, and the sound of the bugs (until I smell gardenia, and that takes me back!) A little different to our current locale - Colorado - which is a vision of browny brown and a sprinkle of white right now. A little cooler too, I bet!

Good luck with the house hunting. Fingers crossed you will be in the pinkest of pink craft rooms before you know it!
