Hi Keesh,
I finally had a chance to make some shortbread with your recipe and OMG, it was delicious. The only thing I had to change was the egg, as I realise after I’d measured all the other ingredients I’d run out of eggs (normally I have lots in the fridge ready to go so I didn’t even think to check)… Anyway, crisis averted thanks to google (and 1tbsp of cornflour & 2 tbsp of water) and I was able to munch on yummy biccies for the last 24 hrs!
Thanks again for all your inspiration for our stampin’ and now cooking too

Wow, talk about salivating all over my keyboard…YUMMO. What a great idea. I love lots of Christmas goodies especially shortbread, chocolate truffles and white christmas and I love Plum Pudding too although I am yet to make my own of that……sorry did you say just one thing??

Yummo, scrummo is all I can say - and they taste even better than they look!! I just wish I could pick a piece off the photo each time I visit your site!! I must say though it looks as though as little mouse (possibly by the name of Rod!!) has been into the almond rocca bag - it’s looking a little diminished!!
