Inkspirations Sketch Challenge # 14….
Hello again!
Who is ready for another fun challenge? I loved this weeks sketch, and I have only made one creation, but I am sure going to be using it again this week, as I have ideas buzzing in my head for it…..so here is the challenge for this week - Sketch # 14:
Now see that butterfly….it doesn’t mean that you have to have a butterfly on your card but you need to have an element that is cut out and popped up so this it is a feature.
Here is my creation:
Now I really was trying to use a different colour combo for a change, no in-colours, or your typical DSP copy, I think it turned out okay. You can read the card recipe at the bottom of the post to see what materials I used to make this card.
Be sure to go and check out the Design Team members creations and give them some comment love!
Want to play along? - here are some guidelines.
If you would like to play along, all you need to do is follow the directions:
1. Make your creation following the challenge ie, sketch, colour, or inspiration image.
2. Load your creation up onto your blog or a public viewing forum like Splitcoast Stampers, with a direct link back to the post on this website, so that others viewing the post will know where the challenge has come from, and it is courtesy to do so.
3. Then come back to this post so that you can add your name and link in the Mr. Linky!
You have until the Thursday the 15th October midnight to get your entries linked.
I will be announcing the winner and honourable mention on Friday the 16th October.

Stamps: Great friend, Pretty Petals
Paper: Elegant eggplant, Almost amethyst, Pretty in pink, Certainly celery, Whisper white, Afternoon tea DSP

I love this, Keesh - the sketch is great - and very versatile. And your card is absolutely beautiful, and I especially love the doodling around the edge of the card - it gives a fantastic edge. I hope to get time to participate this week ( I must - it’s my mum’s birthday soon!). Cheers, Jo

Thanks for this challenge Keesh - your card is fab as always. How do you get your bow to look so neat? I think, like Melissa, that it’s so versatile that this sketch will be used many times.
Jo
This is a lovely sketch and since I have a huge number of birthday and thank you cards to make this month I even managed to have two attempts at your challenge. Thank you for the inspiration! And I’m jealous of your bow too - I must learn how to tie one some day
Hi Keesh,
am running REALLY late with dinner but I just wanted to say thanks. I loved how you used your flower as that top element was very inspiring - and a darn nice card overall!! Don’t know what got into me but I made two cards, both in the same post - I must have liked the sketch ;).
