Inkspirations Sketch Challenge # 8
Hi again!
Well I hope you are all well. It is friday again, and that means Inkspirations Challenge time!
This week we have a new sketch for you all. I really loved working with this sketch and I hope you all do too!
Here is the sketch:
My sketch inspired creation:
This card is for my very dear and gorgeous friend Charmaine, who’s celebrating her birthday today! Char, LOVES birds, and so I think she will (hopefully) like this card. Happy Birthday Charmaine!
Now for this card I have used the Friends 24-7 stamp set. I stamped the Damask on the background with Baja breeze ink, and then I have inked up the bird with my markers. I have first stamped it onto the Whisper white cardstock and then again, cutting the bird out and mounting it with dimensionals. The DSP paper on the background is from the Urban garder paper pack from Stampin’Up, which I have mounted onto Pink pirouette cardstock. The ribbon is the Baja breeze striped ribbon, which I dressed up with a button from the Button bouquet set also from Stampin’Up.

I love the soft feel of this card Keesh and I think it is done with the colours!! HAVE to join the “perfect bow” bandwagon…..DAG!!

Your friend will love her card, no doubt about it! I love how elegant it looks, with a slightly shabby side that works great with your stamp set. That ribbon bow is delicious!

I Love it! Such a soft feel to it. Too funny about the same stamp set though!! I absolutely adore the button and bow effect. Might do more of that

Oh my, I love this card, you know me soo well! This is the first time I’ve been able to have a few minutes to browse through blog land for quite a while, yes I’m still waiting on that new computer, but DH has done his best to put a temp one together for me to use for now.
