Convention gifts of love….
Hey everyone,
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend! I have been busy cleaning, cleaning, cleaning for the home open we just had. I tell ya this selling your property is hard work! We have it up for tender, which ends on the 22nd of May, so Lord willing we have a buyer…..well we are praying hard for one! We just have to remember to trust, and know that it is all in God’s control
So I managed to dig out the very old digital camera that we have, charge up the batteries, and get a new SD card for it yesterday, and well it worked, so I can share a few things with you. It is funny how things turn out. I have been saving my Stampin’Up $$$ for the past 3 months to buy us a top range digital SLR camera, and I have just got the amount that i need to purchase the one that I would like. So I hopefully will be heading to the store this week to pick one up……so excitement. I suppose that makes up for having my other one stolen!
I am sure from reading my tales of Convention, you would realize that we all had a blast. One other thing that made Convention special was all the wonderful goodies I recieved as well! I am still gob smacked at the gifts of love I received at Convention, and really wanted to share them with you too.
First off I recieved this amazing gift flower pot from Karen Thomas, who is my dear friend, and new member of the Inkspirations DT. Check this out!
How cool is that…..
Then this is the side view. It has the wee pot that you can put things in, and it was full of mini Bounty, and Mars bars, that Yvonne and I snacked on in the wee hours of the morning!
Next Karen also made me this gorgeous BOUF badge that we both wore at Convention. It did have to complete with that other gignormous red flower I was wearing, but it is still pretty to boot!
On Thursday afternoon, when I came to the hotel to meet my gorgeous roomie Yvonne, lookey what I found on my bed!
Lotions and Potions which I just LLUURRRVVVEE, and some choccy’s too! How thoughtful was that!
So on the first day of Convention, I arrive and was greeted by the lovely Linda Craven. Linda has kept my mail box very happy over the past year by sending me all sorts of thoughtful gifts and cards, but boy, oh boy, I was not prepared for this amazing gift!!!
Here is the front of the gift bag…..
And then it was filled with all these amazing little hand made gifts! - Unbelieveable hey!
Tissues, lip balm, tictacs, maltessers, and lindt chocolates, Kit kat, all wrapped in amazing packaging!
Thank you Linda for this amazing gift!
And then on Saturday I finally got to catch up with my friend Mel Hanlon! It was a shame we didn’t get to spend more time together, but wow-wee, check these out!
Mel created these amazing notes with the Ocean commortion stamp set images, and my name and details at the top…..How clever is that?! Love them Mel, thank you so much!!!
So you can see, that being a SU Demonstrator isn’t just about selling product, it is about sharing, caring and loving one another. I am so thankful for all these amazing gifts, so thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!

WOW Keesh, those gifts are all amazing. Lucky you - and I know you send out just as many wonderful gifts to everyone, so you totally deserve these.
I’d love to know what camera you are going with - you’re sure to have lots of fun with an SLR.
Hey there chicki!
I was just as blown away as you were by receiving so many pressies! It was like Christmas in May! lol
We certainly have made some lovely friends haven’t we - another great thing about being a SU demo!
Luv ya

WOW, Keesh, I am blown away by the generosity of your friends! I guess this is a token of their appreciation for your own generosity! I love all of the projects you have shared - the colorful flowers, the pretty bag and oh my gosh, those personalized cards! The colors and design are just gorgeous!
