Inskpirations Inspiration Challenge # 4
Hi again,
Well who is ready for the next challenge????! I hope you all are!
It is time again for an Inspiration Challenge, and I have a cute image for you
BUT something else………! This week I am offering the challenge as another contest, and the prize is a secret bundle…..just to keep it fun! I promise you it will be worth it to enter this week!
So here is your Inspiration image to work with:
We are all enjoying lots of this at the moment……..the outdoor BBQ’s. So we best enjoy it whilst they last!
Here is my inspired creations:
For this card, I have taken a similar pattern found on the linen in the image. I have used Ballet blue cardstock, and whisper white. The stamp set is Stampin’Up’s In the Spotlight stamp set. I cut the flowers out and placed a mini glue dot in the centres, and loaded them up with glitter. The greeting is from the Wonderful Favourites stamp set.
I also made another one………. when I saw Lou’s Pick a Petal card she made for last weeks challenge, I was hankering to use that set too! (thanks Lou!) so here is what I quickly made using the same colours….
This card is pretty self explaintory. I have used crystal effects on all the petals so they shine. I used the Sanded background, and the wide blue grosgrain ribbon, with some So Saffron brads as well
So what to play along? - Here are some guidlines…..
1. Make your project (s) using only the colours in the Colour Challenge image.
2. Upload your project to your blog/ website, and or a public viewing forum like Splitcoast stampers. Please state where the challenge has come from, with a link back to this post, so others can play along etc….
3. Come back here and add your name into the Mr Linky, with the correct link to your direct creation
You have until 11:59pm on Thursday 19th February to have your projects linked.
I look forward to seeing your wonderful creations AND picking the winner for the prize too!

WOW I’m first. Thanks so much for these challenges Keesh. This is just what I needed to get started stamping again.

Love Ballet Blue, I don’t use it often enough. I made bookmark cards this week. Thanks for the challenge, Keesh! Now off to stickybeak on Tania and Leah!
Hi Keesh, thanks for another fun challenge. I wish my camera would show the details in my cards etc, they always look better in real life. Oh well, here’s my card and hope you like it. Thanks.

Hi Makeesha,
I have submitted my entry. Until now I have just played along with your challenges in my own but today I decided to give everyone else a look too! Your work is so inspirational, I love checking out your site, well done!

Hi Keesh, Just an apology. I thought I’d made the link to my direct creation but appears to be just to my blog. E-mail me if you want to delete it and I can relink it again. Sorry!!! Helen
Thanks for such gorgeous colours and evocative image to inspire us Keesh! Such fun to play along!
Hi Keesh,
Love Ballet Blue too….but find I don’t use it much. I’m calling my card “Mad Midnight Inspiration” cause I made it just after midnight. Was still happy with it this morning though. Thank you. We love your Challenges & MIM. Chantell
Hi Keesh,
as usual I had fun, this one came together quickly, I tweaked the colours a bit but I think they’re still true to the pic. Will look forward to next week.

Hi Makeesha,
I hope this is in time for the challenge - I forgot to check the cut off date - silly me.
Anyway, thanks for setting these challenges. This is my very first one! So, hope you like it…
I was not 100% sure of the rules and I have used some non-SU products on my card - so if that eliminates me from the challenge I will have to try harder next time!!!
Love Jeanne xx
Hi Makeesha
It has been awhile since I have played along in one of your challenges but I am back, here is my entry. Thanks for the challenges:)
Vicki

Hi Keesh,
Thanks for the challenge, I was cutting it a bit close but I was determined to finish them tonight. I went for a run and by the time I got at 9 it took me an hour to rest and shower and then I finally got to finish the cards. I loved these colours, very fresh.

Hi Keesh,
Thanks for the challenges… it really helps me get into my scrapbooking… I think I’ve made more pages in the last 2 months than I did in a whole year… It really keeps me motivated… Cheers…
Thanx so much for another great challenge. Look forward to meeting you IRL at Convention….
Thanks for the challenge. I throughly enjoyed my first challenge, the colour scheme was so clean and fresh. I will definitely be back again, as this will help me to use up all those photos that keep on accumulating….
Thanks for the great inspiration picture.
Hi Keesh, its my very first time entering a challenge! I am very excited, I had lots of fun, thanks for your challenge.
